APA
Das American Pale Ale (APA) wird oft als "Einsteiger" in die Craftbier Scene bezeichnet. Die Hopfensorten Amarillo, Cascade und Columbus verleihen diesem Bier einen nur leicht bitteren Geschmack, dennoch hat es auch eine fruchtige Note.

Our APA is a typical, retro-style American Pale Ale circa 1980 reminiscent of the modern American craft beer era adaptation of English pale ale, reflecting indigenous ingredients from America (except the grains we buy locally). Prior to the explosion in popularity of India Pale Ales (IPAs), APAs were traditionally the most well-known and popular of American craft beers. We carry on this tradition in the form of a well-balanced, moderately hoppy top fermented ale. We like to introduce this beer to newly converted or potential craft beer drinkers as it serves as a ‘bridge-beer’ carrying the new craft beer drinker from standard massed produced beer to more complex craft beer types. If you are new to craft beer, try this one first when you visit us at the brewery.

PORTER

Unser dunkelstes und malzigstes Bier. In diesem cremigen aussehenden und schmeckenden Bier finded man Geschmacksnoten von geröstetem Kaffee und dunkler Schokolade. Die Schaumkrone hat eine leicht bräunliche Färbung.

Our porter features our enthusiasm with grains and is a mix between an English and American porter involving grains that impart a flavorful dark malt character. The moderately strong malt flavor features a lightly roasted malt character with hints of chocolate and coffee flavors and a dry finish. The Fuggel hops we use to provide a balance to this large grain bill play a lesser role in this complex bodied beer. We like to introduce this beer for what a complex grain bill can bring to the body and taste of a craft beer.

Belgian Blonde
​
Das ist unser Belgian Blonde. Es ist ein mittelstarkes, obergäriges Bier, mit einer leicht fruchtigen Hefe, und einem etwas malzig-süssen, am Ende leicht trockenen Geschmack. Wir brauen dieses Bier mit Sorachi Hopfen, einer belgische Hefe und Pilsener Malz. Das Bier hat eine klare, leicht goldene Farbe und eine cremig-weisse Schaumkrone. Das Malz, zusammen mit unserem Gärungsprozess, gibt diesem obergärigen Bier einen leicht untergärigen Biergeschmack, was dieses Bier 'sauber und frisch' schmecken lässt. Wir nutzen dieses Bier um zu demonstrieren, was die Hefe zur Komplexität eines Craft Bieres beitragen kann.
Unser Belgian Blonde hat einen Alkoholgehalt von 7.1 %.

This is our Belgian Blonde. t is a moderate-strength golden ale with a subtle fruity Belgian yeast complexity, with a slight malty-sweet flavor, and dry finish. We use Sorachi hops, a Belgian style yeast, and pilsener malt. The beer has a light gold color, is very clear and has a large, dense, and creamy white head. Because of the malt and fermentation process we use, the beer has an almost lager-like character, which gives it a clean, crisp taste. We like to introduce this beer for what yeast can bring to the complexity of a craft beer.
